- $150 donation (this is tax deductible, as we are a non-profit organization). A follow up letter with our Tax ID information is sent for you records.
- Standard booth space is 12’ x 12’ (larger space will be provided upon request).
- (1) 6’ table and (2) chairs will be provided. Exhibitor must provide table covering and tent (tents can be provided for and additional $25.00).
- No electricity is provided (if electricity is required and you use a generator, it must be a low-noise generator and 20’ behind the booth).
- If you provide a company brief. The race announcer will mention your company name, products, and services during the event.
- Lunch is complimentary Exhibitors and staff.
- Set up is Saturday between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Vehicle access will be available to the EXPO area on Saturday ONLY.
- When you arrive, please ask for the EXPO director. They will assist you in your booth location.
- NO race day set up.
- Overnight Security is provided.
- NO race day parking on the service road. Parking must be in one of the CNHS parking lots.
- Exhibitor tear down can’t begin until the conclusion of the awards ceremony.
- Vehicle access will be permitted at that time.
- Exhibitors are responsible for the clean-up of their booth area.
